I am not very good at keeping this blog updated. Life has been very busy for Jason and I. We went to the beach for 4th of July weekend and had a great time! I know it was very relaxing for Jason.
Last weekend Jason and I went to look at baby furniture and it was so overwhelming because there are so many choices. I think we have found some furniture that we like, but we are still going to keep looking.
I also researched breast pumps and baby monitors this past week because that is something I am lost about. I have had a few suggestion from people, but we are still going to keep looking and researching. Any suggestions?
This week was mine and Jason's second anniversary. We did not really get to do anything because it was on tuesday and Jason was working out of town. It doesn't feel like I have been married for two years.
On Friday, Mom and Larry came to hang out with us for the night and we stayed up playing Mexican train. I think that is one of my favorite games now. I really enjoyed them coming to stay since they haven't seen the updates on our house.
However, as far as my doctor's appointment goes...it got rescheduled to Wednesday. So I will update then.

Glad to hear you are doing well...vacations are always good for the soul!
As for baby monitors...this is my advice (and what I have heard from others) - don't get one of those fancy $200 ones with the camera and all that other jazz on it - you don't need it! Fisher Price (Long distacne monitor) and the Graco (i-monitor) are great ones. They do exactly what you need and I think the FP one is around $50 the Graco is around $80. Plus, from my experience and friends' experiences they don't pick up any interference with cell phones or cordless phones.
As for pumps, I am not sure since I didn't nurse, but friends say that the Modella is the best one.
Let me know if you need anything!
